'Free Angela Davis' was one of the great international movements inspired by 1968. Associated with the Black Panthers Angela was sacked from her job at UCLA by Ronald Reagan for being a communist, she became involved in campaigns to free black activists, the Soledad Brothers, and was framed by the police for her efforts. On the run, named on the 'FBI's most wanted list' , she was captured, acquitted of all charges and became a powerful spokesperson for Black liberation.
